SUMMARY:Fly Tying - Cabela's
DESCRIPTION:Our Fly Tying Classes are open to everyone – you do not have to be a member to attend.  Generally we tie one fly\, but we tie it twice.  An instructor demonstrates\, step-by-step\, how to tie the fly with accompanying video on a big screen TV so students can see each step. \nTools and materials are provided at no cost\, but if you have your own tools feel free to bring them.  \nBeginners are welcome.  There will be experienced tiers available to provide individual help. \n \nJack Miller is our instructor this month. He will be demonstrating the Carrot. Jack will be tying the orange & purple variations seen in the photo. For those participating via Zoom\, these are the basic materials:  \n\nHook:  Size-6\, 3X Long Streamer Hook \nThread: 140 to 210 denier thread (black will work) \nEyes:   Small white dumbell eyes \nTail:    Chartreuse Wing-N-Flash (by Hedron)           \n            Blue Flashabou (or similar mylar material) \nBody:  Pearl Chenille (orange and/or purple)
