DESCRIPTION:August is the fourth and final monthly outdoor meeting for the year. \nPrice Waterhouse Pavilion\, Egg Lawn at Beckley Park.\nWe’ll meet at the Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP Pavilion at the Egg Lawn in the Parklands. \nDave Baker\, Manager of Quest Outdoors Fly Shop\, will present a demonstration on single-handed spey casting with a regular fly rod. We’ll meet at the Pavilion as we normally do then Dave will do the demo down on the water in a relatively open spot on Floyd’s Fork nearby. No need for waders or getting in the water\, but the casting technique is better demonstrated on water. \nA meal of pulled BBQ\, sides\, soft drinks and water will be available for $5.00 per person. \nWe need a good estimate of attendees so we can order enough food and drinks for everyone. We’ll have our traditional pulled BBQ meal from Frank’s including soft drinks and water. Cost for the meal is $5.00 per person paid at the meeting. Don’t forget to RSVP at the link above so we can get a good estimate of how much food to order. \nDave Huff\, Owner/Operator of The Whuff Rod Co.\, will present a casting demonstration and discuss his selection of rods. Both the demonstration and rod display should benefit beginner and accomplished fly fishers alike. DESCRIPTION:You don’t want to miss this one!  Our meeting is hosted by Southern Hills subdivision in Borden\, Indiana where a number of club members live.  The venue includes a private fishing lake where an Indiana fishing license is NOT required.  Around 100 members and guests will be at this meeting. \nWe’ll have a pulled pork dinner catered from Frank’s Deli for $5 per person.  The club will provide non-alcoholic drinks.  If you wish to enjoy an adult beverage it is BYO\, please be responsible. \nAs usual\, we will be offering casting instruction and any other help you may need with fly fishing.  We’ll have the Club’s rods and reels available for casting instruction and practice.

DESCRIPTION:CANCELED DUE TO HIGH WATER AND FLOODING \nYou don’t want to miss this one!  Our meeting is hosted by Southern Hills subdivision in Borden\, Indiana where a number of club members live.  The venue includes a private fishing lake where an Indiana fishing license is NOT required.  Around 100 members and guests will be at this meeting. \nWe’ll have a pulled pork dinner catered from Frank’s Deli for $5 per person.  The club will provide non-alcoholic drinks.  If you wish to enjoy an adult beverage it is BYO\, please be responsible. \nAs ususual\, we will be offering casting instruction and any other help you may need with fly fishing.  We’ll have the Club’s rods and reels available for casting instruction and practice. \n\n+ GOOGLE CALENDAR+ ICAL EXPORT

DESCRIPTION:The Outdoor Club Meeting in May will be at the Garnetsville Picnic Area of Otter Creek Park.  We’ll have a pulled pork dinner catered from Frank’s Deli for $5 per person. \nWe will have all the DCFF Fly Rods for use and there will be casting instruction available.  If you’ve an interest in some other fly fishing topic\, or even instruction on the water\, please ask!  We’ll do what we can to help you out.
