DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to invite everyone to this year’s fundraising banquet for Bluegrass Trout Unlimited!!!\n\nFor the first time\, we will be hosting at the amazing Burl Brew from 6:30-9:30pm!\n\nEach year this event allows us all – BGTU members and non-members\, anglers\, conservation enthusiasts\, local partners\, families\, and individuals – to come together and celebrate our biggest wins of the year! You’ll hear from BGTU leaders about exactly what we’ve been up to in 2025\, have a catered meal\, listen to live music from Khegan McLane\, and most importantly\, you’ll have a chance to win awesome prizes – many of which are donated from small local businesses!\n\nOur president (Hope Smith) will tell you all about our community engagement efforts through our largest projects including our Fly Fishing Film Festival\, Fly Casting 101 Clinic\, trout stockings all over Kentucky\, trash clean-ups and invasive species removals in Hickman Creek Watershed and more! She will also share our upcoming plans and goals\, and how *everyone* can be involved in big or small ways in 2026! Lastly\, you will get a chance to hear about new and exciting programs that will be launched at our outdoor classroom at Veteran’s Park from our Embrace a Stream Coordinator (Ryan Morris) and Women’s Initiative Coordinator (Carrie Johnson).\n\nWin door prizes\, sweepstakes prizes\, and auction items ranging from trout earrings and paintings\, to rods and reels and a guided fishing trip!
