DESCRIPTION:Location: White River near Anderson\, Indiana. About 2 ½ hours north of Louisville. \nDates: September 12-14\, 2025 (Friday – Sunday) \nCoordinator: Brian Kaluzny – brian@derbycityflyfishers.com \nLevel 2 Trip – You Should be able to manage your leader and tippet and tie-on flies.  You should also be able to cast at least 30 feet. \nNumber of Spots: unlimited \nEquipment: 5-7 wt rods\, weight forward floating lines primarily. Standard smallmouth flies. \n  \nAn Indiana fishing license is required.  Click here to purchase. \nOuting Details: Wade and float for smallmouth on the White River northeast of Indianapolis. This is a three-day two-night primitive camping trip hosted by our brethren at Three Rivers Fly Fishers out of Fort Wayne\, Indiana. This is going to be an informal weekend camping trip. Our hosts will assist us in wade fishing and or floating the White River mostly between Farmland and Anderson. Canoe and kayak rentals are available at the campsite if you so choose. \nLodging:  Camping and rendezvous point at Canoe Country – 6600 South County Road\, Dalesville\, IN 47334 www.canoeindiana.com Camping is primitive – restrooms onsite but no showers. \nCost: Camping is complimentary and provided by our hosts: Canoe Country and Three Rivers Fly Fishers.
