DESCRIPTION:Saturday September 28th from 9 am – 3:30 pm \nSalato Wildlife Education Center \n1 Sportsman’s Ln\, Frankfort\, KY 40601 \nGoogle Map Link \nKentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR) is asking DCFF to join them in celebrating NATIONAL HUNTING AND FISHING DAY at the Salato Wildlife Education Center in Frankfort\, September 28 from 9am to 3:30pm. Although this is very short notice\, it is another great opportunity to build a stronger relationship with KDFWR. They want us to demonstrate casting and to assist visitors in fishing in the lake located on the property. To be effective\, it would require at least 3 or 4 DCFF volunteers at all times. Depending on the club response\, it could be broken into shifts or we might have to reduce the length of time of our participation. Please give serious consideration to helping with this event\, and if you can\, email John Froehlich at wolleybugger9014@gmail.com   to let him know.
