Retailers, Vendors, Fly Tiers, or anyone interested in participating or presenting at the Derby City Fly Fishers Kentuckiana 18th annual 2025 Fly Show.
The Kentuckiana Fly Show will be held at the Paroquet Springs Conference Center on January 18, 2025. The Paroquet Springs Conference Center address is:

We have 3 booth sizes available;
- 10’x10’ ($100) (includes 2 free admissions*)
- 10’x20’ ($175) (includes 3 free admissions*)
- 10’x30’ ($250) (includes 4 free admissions*)
All booths come with electricity and one table per each10’x10′ section.

* Please send the names for your free booth admissions so we can have name tags printed for them.
EVERYONE must register for a booth at the Kentuckiana Fly Fishing Show website — Vendor Registration
The conference center will be available for Vendor setup on Friday, January 17 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and from 6:30am to 8:30am on Saturday morning. We will have volunteers available to help you during these times.
For those of you coming in from out of town, we have negotiated a special rates at the Country Inn & Suites, which is adjacent to the conference center. More Hotel Information
For our vendors and volunteers, Derby City Fly Fishers will host a pizza reception at the Sleep Inn & Suites starting at 6:30 pm on Friday evening.
