Bass Pro/Cabela’s Spring Fishing Classic

DCFF is supporting a fly tying table at the Annual Spring Fishing Classic held at both Bass Pro (Clarksville, IN) and Cabela’s (Louisville, KY) over three weekends in March 2024: 9 – 10, 16 – 17 and 23 – 24 March from 11 am – 4 pm each day.
We need volunteers to staff the tables, demonstrating fly tying and discussing fly fishing with interested customers. You don’t have to be an expert tyer or fly fisher, just be willing to talk to store patrons about the sport we enjoy.
We have broken each day into two shifts at each location: Shift 1 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm and Shift 2 from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
This is a great opportunity to promote our club and to support Bass Pro and Cabela’s in appreciation for all their past and continuing support of our club.
