Location: White River near Anderson, Indiana. About 2 ½ hours north of Louisville.

Level 2 Trip – You Should be able to manage your leader and tippet and tie-on flies. You should also be able to cast at least 30 feet.
Number of Spots: unlimited
Equipment: 5-7 wt rods, weight forward floating lines primarily. Standard smallmouth flies.

Outing Details: Wade and float for smallmouth on the White River northeast of Indianapolis. This is a three-day two-night primitive camping trip hosted by our brethren at Three Rivers Fly Fishers out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is going to be an informal weekend camping trip. Our hosts will assist us in wade fishing and or floating the White River mostly between Farmland and Anderson. Canoe and kayak rentals are available at the campsite if you so choose.

Cost: Camping is complimentary and provided by our hosts: Canoe Country and Three Rivers Fly Fishers. There is no cost to this trip! Transportation on your own. There are plenty of tent sites. Details on meals will be determined at a later date. Also bring a chair for around the fire and beverages of your choice. ABSOUTLEY NO GLASS BOTTLES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN CAMP OR ON THE RIVER.
